This report provides an overview of land use and transportation trends in seven southeastern states – Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. It then examines tools and strategies to guide the location, pace, and scale of growth that are being successfully implemented in the region.
